The Evolution NX6600 Series Process ink series is completely PVC-free and Phthalate-free ranges of four-colour process inks to be printed directly on 100% cotton white or light-coloured fabrics as well as on top of dye discharge underbases like Excalibur Dye Discharge DC-2012 or DC-2018. Evolution NX6600 Series will not dry in the screens offering printers an ink system with the convenience of plastisol inks and a softer hand similar to the feel of a water-based print.. Because Lancer Group International disperses their own pigments to exacting standards, this quality control of the entire process guarantees printers a four-colour process ink series that will accurately reproduce their images each and every time.
CAUTION
Mesh—Mesh sizes between 230T and 355T (92T-140T metric) are recommended but should be determined after consideration of artwork, size of halftone dot and desired end result of decoration.
Gel Temperature— Inks will gel when surface temperature reaches 240° F (116° C.)
Curing—Inks will cure when in the curing oven for 45 seconds to one minute and the ink film reaches 320° F (160° C). For printing delicate fabrics a minimum of 1 1/2-2 minutes between 275°-300° F (127°-138° C) to prevent shrinkage, scorching or melting fibers of fabrics..
Reducer—Do not add NX6390 Viscosity Reducer until viscosity is evaluated after thoroughly stirring the ink. Colour intensity may be adjusted with NX6505 Process Base.
Colours—NX6505 Process Base, Process Black, Process Blue, Process Cyan, Process Red, Process Magenta, Process Yellow.
Ink Cleanup—Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
Storage—Either of these inks should be stored at temperatures less than 30°C/84°F. Extended storage in warmer conditions can cause inks to thicken.
CAUTION
Always test finished prints for colour accuracy, curing, adhesion, opacity, crocking, stretch and desired look prior to beginning full production runs. Lancer Group International cannot guarantee the results or back claims that this ink will test PVC-free or phthalate-free if any pigment or additive other than an Evolution Pigment Concentrate or Evolution NX System additive that has been manufactured by Lancer Group International is used in this ink. Contamination can also occur from mixing tools, mixing buckets, spatulas, squeegees, or flood bars that have had prior contact with inks containing PVC’s or phthalates and these tools must be thoroughly cleaned before using with the NX System.
