Lancer Group’s STI7835 Silicone Direct Print High Density Series contains a thick silicone rubber mixing base and RFU White and Black for producing 3D high-density decorations on performance fabrics. STI7835 Mixing Base creates custom colours when used in conjunction with Evolution Pigment Concentrates. Finished prints made with STI7835 will have a thick ink film with sharp edges and a flat surface. When printing on dark colours, sub-dyed fabrics or fabrics known to migrate, it may be necessary to underbased colours with STI7581 White and back with STI7711 Defender Black Dye Blocker. Depending upon height of the finished decoration, a print/flash/print technique, building up layers of the ink may be necessary. Multiple coatings of direct emulsion or capillary films that produce thicker stencils will make it easier to achieve the desired height. Note: This ink must be catalyzed prior to printing.
