NX6550 Collegiate Colours are a series of 24 ready-for-use, high-opacity colours in the Evolution NX System of PVC-free textile inks. These easy-printing inks provide excellent results when printed on both manual and automatic presses and are formulated to be printed by themselves on 100% cotton, dark fabrics or over the appropriate Defender dye blocker and Evolution white on 50/50 poly/cotton blends and 100 polyester fabrics. A print/flash/print technique may be required to product desired effect on dark garments.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Ideal Fabric— 100% Cotton Poly/Cotton Blends and 100% Polyester Fabrics with Dye Blocker.

Mesh–110-305/inch (43T-120Tcm)

Squegee–70 durometer or 70/90/70 Triple Durometer.

Stencil–Any stencil compatible with plastisol ink

Curing–Gel 220°240° F (99°-116° C). Full Cure–275°-320°F (135°-149°C) for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes

Additives— NX6390 Viscosity Reducer 1-3% by weight if necessary.

Storage— 60°-90° F (15°- 32° C)

Cleaning— Enviro Series 200 Green & Enviro Series TR-Blend

Colours—Burnt Orange (NX6550BO), Kelly Green (NX6550KG), Maroon (NX6550MA), Cardinal Red (NX6550CR), Chrome Green (NX6550CG), Columbia Blue (NX6550CB), Deep Purple (NX6550DP), Grey (NX6550GR), Navy (NZ6550NB), Orange (NX6550OR), Royal Blue (NZ6550RB), Bright Royal Blue (NX6550BRB), Scarlet Red (NX6550SC), Bright Scarlet Red (NZ6550BSC), Blazer Gold (NX6550BG), Light Orange (NZ6550LO), Texas Orange (NX6550TO), Collegiate Golden Yellow (NX6550CGY), Lemon Yellow (NX6550LY), Vegas Gold (NZ6550VG), Aqua (NZ6550AQ), Michigan Yellow (NX6550MY), Gold (NX6550GO), Dark Brown (NX6550DB).

Always test finished prints for color accuracy, curing, adhesion, opacity, crocking, stretch and desired look prior to beginning full production runs. Lancer Group International cannot guarantee the results or back claims that this ink will test PVC-free or phthalate-free if any pigment or additive other than an Evolution Pigment Concentrate or Evolution NX System additive that has been manufactured by Lancer Group International is used in this ink. Contamination can also occur from mixing tools, mixing buckets, spatulas, squeegees, or flood bars that have had prior contact with inks containing PVC’s or phthalates and these tools must be thoroughly cleaned before using with the NX System.
