Lancer Group’s STI7700 Silicone Direct Print Glow in the Dark Inks Series is a silicone rubber ink for producing high-stretch special effects designs on 100% polyester performance wear fabrics. It’s available in six colours that after absorbing UV light will brightly glow in the dark producing dramatic special effects decorations on 100% polyester performance fabrics. This ink series has no opacity. When printing on dark colours, sub-dyed fabrics or fabrics known to migrate, all colours must be underbased with STI7581 White and backed with STI7911 Defender Black Dye
Blocker. Multiple coatings of direct emulsion or capillary films that produce thicker stencils may also be necessary to achieve desired effect. Coarser meshes will print a larger ink deposit which in turn will absorb light faster and glow longer. Note: This ink must be catalyzed prior to printing.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Ideal Fabric: 100% Polyester Performance Wear Fabrics
Mesh: Inks: 83-160/inch (32T-640T)
Squegee: 70 durometer or 70/90/70 Triple Durometer.
Stencil: Any PVC-Free or phthalate-free emulsion compatible with plastisol inks.
Curing: 250°-290°F (125°-147°C).
Pigment Loading: 15% Pigment load by weight is recommended and amounts over 20% will lead to curing problems.
Additive: STI7502 Viscosity Reducer in increments of 3-4% by weight maximum.
Storage: 84° F (30°C) in tightly closed containers.
Cleaning: Enviro series TR Blend or Mineral Spirits.

Always test finished prints for curing, adhesion, opacity and desired look prior to beginning full production run. Lancer Group International cannot guarantee the results or back claims that this ink will test PVC-free, phthalate-free or formaldehyde-free if any additive other than an additive recommended and manufactured by Lancer Group International is used to modify this ink.
