Tactical White is completely phthalate-free and specially designed for cotton/poly blended fabrics to prevent dye migration. Tactical White’s short body and creamy texture easily prints on both manual and automatic presses through meshes up to 230/in (92T) making it a perfect choice when an economical underbase and highlight white is necessary in a simulated process print. It provides excellent results when used as an underbase, stand-alone or highlight white. In all other textile applications.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Creamy texture of enables lower squeegee pressure easily covering dark backgrounds with less ink.
- Higher viscosity of produces better coverage on dark backgrounds on automatic machines.
- Low-bleed formulation helps fight dye migration on cotton/poly blended fabrics especially hoodies.
- Economical price produces higher per print profits.
Gel Temperature: Ink will surface gel at 240° F (116° C).
Curing: Excalibur Ink will fully heat cure when the entire ink film reaches 320°F (160°C). Light colors may require longer periods to obtain this temperature.
Heat Transfers: This ink may be used to produce cold-peel transfers.
Ink Cleanup: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
Screen Mesh: For direct printing, a 40-230/inch (16T-72Tcm) mesh may be used.
Ink Modification: Because plastisol inks are thixotropic and can body up during storage always stir ink thoroughly prior to printing or adding reducers. If necessary 501PF Curable Reducer may be added increase printability of ink and to help clean ink from the screen mesh. CAUTION: Adding too much 501PF Curable Reducer will reduce opacity.
Squeegee: Medium Durometer (70) or Triple Durometer (90/70/90) is recommended.
Stencil: Any emulsion or capillary film compatible with plastisol inks.
Always test finished prints for curing, adhesion and desired look prior to beginning full production runs. Lancer Group International cannot guarantee the results or back claims that this mixed ink will test phthalate-free if any additive other than an additive manufactured by Lancer Group International is used to modify this ink. Test results by a third-party laboratory verifying all components
