575PF Electric LB White

Electric LB White is an easy-printing, creamy white plastisol ink recommended for both 100% cotton and poly/cotton blends. 575PF has been thoroughly field tested by seasoned printers who have reported excellent results on Tri-Blends Comfort Colors and Cotton/Poly hoodies. Electric White greatly enhances the finished looked of simulated process prints when used as both the underbase and highlight whites. It is a true value-priced ink that yields premium results and outperforms competitive brands tens of dollars more expensive.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
• Easy-printing, creamy viscosity produces opaque prints through higher mesh counts on manual and automatic presses.
• Contains no bleach making it an excellent choice for both 100% cotton and poly/cotton blends.
• Lower flash and cure temperature increases per print profits.
• Formulation contains no blowing agents guaranteeing a smooth underbase surface that enhances the appearance of overprint colors.
• Complies with all standards of Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) banning phthalates and heavy metals..

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Gel Temperature—Ink will surface gel at 220° F (105° C).
Curing—Ink will fully heat cure when the entire ink film reaches 310°-320° F (155°-160° C).
Heat Transfers—575PF may be used in the production of cold peel transfers.
Mesh—For direct printing an 83-305/inch (32T-122Tcm) may be used. For printing heat transfers an 83-125/inch (32T-50T cm) provides excellent results.
Stencil—Any stencil compatible with plastisol inks may be used.
Modification—Because plastisol inks are thixotropic and can body up during storage always stir ink thoroughly prior to printing or adding reducers. If necessary 501PF Curable Reducer or 502PF Viscosity Reducer may be added to increase printability and help clean ink from the mesh. CAUTION: Even though 501PF Curable Reducer is balanced and be added in any amount, adding too much will reduce opacity and bleed-resistance of the ink. Because 502PF Viscosity Reducer is not balanced only 1-3% by weight is recommended to be added. Adding too much 502PF will reduce opacity, bleed-resistance and lead to cure problems.
Squeegee—70 durometer or 70/90/70 triple durometer blades are recommended.
Printing Techniques—A print/flash/print technique may be necessary to produced desired results on dark garments. On automatic presses a double stroke may be necessary to fill the fibers and lay a nice, smooth underbase on surface of garment for overprint colors.
Clean-up—Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.

CAUTION
Always test finished prints for curing, adhesion and desired look prior to beginning full production runs. Lancer Group International cannot guarantee the results or back claims that this mixed ink will test phthalate-free if any additive other than an additive manufactured by Lancer Group International is used to modify this ink. Test results by a third-party laboratory verifying all components used to produce this ink are phthalate-free and lead-free are available upon request.
